Oregon needs a connecting point for donors and doers who care about change.

This new era has redefined what it means to reckon with our past, advocate for better in our present, and expand the possibilities for our future.

We have the opportunity to create an Oregon where everyone is safe and free, with a care system, climate, and economy that works for all of us. But we must also contend with the race-baiting and fear mongering that is rampant in our state. For too long, we've ignored its presence on our school boards, city councils, and county commissions and downplayed the impact it has on people of color, women, LGBTQ communities—and every Oregonian.

But Oregon can become a healthy and just state in which we all belong and democracy works for everyone. To succeed, we must come together to invest in those whose leadership we need most, building networks of urban, suburban, and rural communities with the relationships, tools, and courage to stand with and for each other.

Will you join us in creating change grounded in democracy, dignity, and equity for all?
